Lead a Group of Designers

Melissa is often the lead instructional designer, managing many instructional designers in a project to create a series of modules. Her role is to teach, brainstorm, QA, and serve as a guide to make sure that all of the modules are created to the needed standards. These modules must adhere to AA accessibility standards so that all learners can have a similar experience. There have been many projects like this, and below is just one example of the types of products produced.
